* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Donald Schmiesing
Donald A. Schmiesing age 81 of New Bremen, Ohio, died on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 9:23 PM at the Celina Manor, Celina, Ohio.
He was born on May 15, 1934 in Minster, to the late Anthony & Mathilda (Hoying) Schmiesing. On June 6, 1953 he married Joan K. Steinke in Fryburg, Ohio, and she survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are their children Debra (Joe McGregor) McKinley of Bonita Springs, FL, Robert (Deb) Schmiesing of Anna, Brenda (Mitch) Holdgrave of Minster, Larry (Debbie) Schmiesing of New Bremen, Kathy (Ken) Schmiesing of Celina, Nancy (Jack) Klenke of New Bremen, and Karen (Harry) Smith of New Bremen, twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, a sister Viona (Virgil) Wermert of Coldwater, in-laws Yolanda Schmiesing of New Bremen, and Jeannette Schmiesing of Coldwater, Phyllis (Nelson) Schaub of Wapakoneta, Francis (Sue) Oakley of Lakeview, FL, Connie (Danny) Schaub of Botkins, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his brothers Walter, Elmer, Maurice, and Greg Schmiesing, a sister Georgina Wendel, and one grandchild.
Donald was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen. He was a former member of the Egypt Community Club. He owned and operated Don's Coffee Service for more than 40 years, and retired from farming in 2000.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen with the Rev. Robert Hadden officiating. Interment will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery of New Bremen.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, and from 9:00 until 10:00 AM Friday at the church, at which time the Rosary will be prayed.
The family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
