* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Stahl
Mrs. Dorothy Ann Stahl, St.Marys, OH, died at 9:10 p.m. September 27, 2015 at Otterbein Retirement Community, St.Marys, OH.
She was born October 4, 1923 the daughter of Margaret (Meier) and Carl Frederick Shultheis. In 1944 she was married to Frederick A. Wells, who is deceased. She then married John Park Stahl on October 1, 1973. He died on April 6. 2000.
She is survived by: Daughter, Anne (Gene) Hines of Celina, OH; Daughter, Deborah (Rick) Giannini of Lake Havasu, AZ; Daughter, Virginia (Bruce) Deisher of Mystic, CT; Sister, Katherine Brown of Dayton, OH; Sister, Erma Murray of Dayton, OH; 5 grandchildren: Dr. Brett (Kandi) Hines of Cynthiana, KY; Lisa (Bill) Hollenbacher, Minster, OH; Chanda (Kenny) Robert, Ramona, CA; Nathan (Michelle) Jordan, Concrete, WA; Nicole (Joseph) Burdick, Stoneington, CT; Ryan Deisher, Mystic, CT (deceased). Great-grandchildren: Aaron Hines; Kara Hines; Mytchell Hollenbacher; Courtney Hollenbacher; Zachary Robert; Aylissa Wright; Savannah Burdick (deceased).
She was preceded in death by both husbands; companion, Butch Fry; her parents; and her brothers, Carl Shultheis, Jr., Wilbur Shultheis and Clarence Schultheis.
Mrs. Stahl was a 1941 Oakwood High School graduate. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and bowling. She cherished her family and especially her grandchildren.
Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Miller Funeral Homes in St. Marys.
