* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

City hall work continues

The American flag's shadow falls on the rear wall of Celina's city hall, where work is being done on the bricks Monday morning. Wellman Brothers of Coldwater is performing a $15,000 restoration of city hall's east wall, including tuck pointing and brick repair.
