Catherine A. Kaylor, 88, formerly of St. Marys, OH died Wednesday October 7, 2015 at Autumn Leaves Alzheimer's & Memory Care Assisted Living in Vernon Hills, IL.

She was born September 23, 1927 in Wapakoneta, OH to Roland and Marie (Drexler) Ruck. On September 25, 1947 she married Glen R. Kaylor, who died January 4, 1986.

Survivors include: son Ken (Barbara) Kaylor of Columbus, OH; son Rick (Pam) Kaylor of Buckeye, AZ; daughter Karen (Jerry) Glaser of St. Marys, OH; daughter Glenda (David) Braun of Green Oaks, IL; son Robin (Jim McDorman) Kaylor of Springfield, TN; daughter Kimberly (Jack) Smith of Troup, TX; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother Eugene (Laura) Ruck of Lake Whales, FL; sister Shirlene (Paul) Grimes of Wapakoneta, OH.

Preceded in death by: parents Roland and Marie Ruck; husband Glen Kaylor; an infant son; step-son Ronnie Kaylor; brother James Ruck; sister Donna Monnin.

Mrs. Kaylor was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its Altar-Rosary Sodality and sang in the church choir for many years. She was also a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 auxiliary. Her favorite pastimes included sewing, crocheting and making crafts.

Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Monday October 12, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 511 E. Spring Street in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys.
