* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Mescher

Robert "Bud" Mescher age 87 of Maria Stein, Ohio died Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.

He was born in Coldwater, Ohio on December 16, 1927 to the late Lawrence & Ann (Henke) Mescher. He married Velma Bohman on June 10, 1950 in Egypt, Ohio. She survives in Coldwater, Ohio.

He is also survived by his Children: Dale & Roberta Mescher, Fischer, IN, Gary & Susan Mescher, Nanville, VT, Judith Mescher, Rockford, Ohio, Sharon & Joseph Doenges, Sugarland, TX, Glenn & Debra Mescher, Lewisburg, Ohio, 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Dorothy Imwalle, Coldwater, Ohio, Mary Ann Quinter, Ft. Loramie, Ohio, Dolores Schwieterman, Maria Stein, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by sisters & brothers-in-law, Ruth & Lawrence Bender, Irene & Ed Garman, Walter Imwalle, Anthony Quinter, Harold Quinter & Roger Schwieterman.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, Ohio, the Men's Sodality of the Church and sexton of the church cemetery for 33 years. He was also a member of the Celina Moose Lodge.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein with Rev. Tom Brenberger celebrant. Burial will take place in St. John Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
