* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Verona Poeppelman
Verona "Ronni" Poeppelman age 80 of McCartyville, Ohio passed away September 24, 2015 at her home.
She was born on May 19, 1935 in Minster, Ohio to the late Joseph & Elizabeth (Zumberge) Otting. She married Donald Poeppelman on August 9, 1958 in Minster, Ohio. He preceded her in death on February 19, 2004.
She is survived by children Cathy & Steve Hoying, Anna, Linda & Larry Homan, Chickasaw, Tom & Laura Poeppelman, Anna, John & Amy Poeppelman, Minster, Margie & Ron Bruns, Anna, Dave & Denise Poeppelman, Anna, 20 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brother Norbert & Norma Otting, Minster, sister-in-law Virginia Poeppelman, Botkins.
She was preceded in death by brothers & sisters, Martha & Stanley Kleinhenz, Henry & Augie Otting, Corny & Phyllis Otting, Vernon Otting, Marie Otting, half brother Raymond Otting.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, the Ladies Sodality of the church and on the funeral committee. She was a former cook at the Holiday Inn and Dorothy Love Retirement Community. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her grandchildren, crocheting, quilting and playing cards.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville with Rev. John Tonkin celebrant.
Burial will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call at the Sacred Heart Church, McCartyville from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, September 28, 2015 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
