* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Natasha Chiles
Natasha Mae Becker Chiles, 26, Celina, OH, passed away on September 13, 2015 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born July 14, 1989 in Coldwater, OH.
Survivors include a father, Todd Becker, Celina; a mother, Tammy (Donald) Goins Mullins; five children, Charity Houdeshell, Greenville, Chloe Chiles, Lewiston, Camryn Chiles, Lewiston, Caleb Chiles, Lewiston, and Charlie Hawkey, Celina; two half-brothers, Gage Becker, Carson City, NV, and Tobe Becker, Celina; a grandmother, Edna McCoy, Versailles; a grandfather, Dale (Debra) Goins, Celina; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by a grandfather, William J. Wycuff.
Natasha was a loving mother and spent her time raising her five children. She attended Sinclair Community College, Dayton, where she received her bachelor's degree and was working towards her master's degree.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman, officiating; where the family will receive friends from 3 – 6 P.M. prior to the service.
At the family's request, please dress casually.
