* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Melvin Hull
Melvin (Toad) Hull, Jr., 86, passed away at his home in Celina, on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 4:50 P.M. 
He was born on September 27, 1928 in Celina, to the late Melvin Sr. and Minnie (Miller) Hull. In June 1953 he married Mary Counterman who survives in Celina.
   Other survivors include three daughters, Debbie (Nick) Schroer, Neptune, Colleen (Rick) Hilker, Ft. Wayne, Sheri Hull, Celina; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
   He is also preceded in death by a sister, Roaslyn Riesen.
   Melvin attended Celina Senior High School. He served his country in the United States Army in Ft. Lewis, Washington during the Korean War Era, where he was in Co. B34th engineer 6th Army.
   He retired from Goodyear after 43 years. He also farmed, owned a radiator shop, and worked for New York Railroad. 
   He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, and Celina American Legion, Post 210. Past member of Chapter #120 Masonic Lodge.
   Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
   Contributions can be made to Community Health Professionals, 816 Pro Dr., Celina, OH 45822.
   Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
