Joseph E. Slonkosky, 57, Versailles, died on Sept. 3, 2015, at State of the Heart Hospice, Wayne Hospital, Greenville.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
