* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Celina crossing work

Celina city workers on Thursday morning remove asphalt at the railroad crossing on East Warren Street. The city will rip out and repave the railroad crossing while R.J. Corman Railroad Co. will replace the railroad ties.
