* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Edna Klingshirn
Edna A. Klingshirn, age 80, of Coldwater, died on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born April 19, 1935 in Ft. Recovery to the late Anthony & Frances (Rammel) Timmerman. On October 12, 1957 she married Paul Klingshirn, who survives in Coldwater.
She is also survived by three children, Gary & Lisa Klingshirn of Perrysburg, Lois & Rick Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, and Alan Klingshirn of Perrysburg, five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a sister, Lucille & Jerry Laux of Ft. Recovery and in-laws, Irene Timmerman of Ft. Recovery, Loudonna Timmerman of Coldwater, Alma Timmerman of Coldwater, Bernard Hartings of St. Henry, Urban Dirksen of Ft. Recovery, and Robert Klingshirn of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Richard Timmerman, Louis Timmerman, Wilfred Timmerman, Gerald Timmerman, Erma Eischen, Ruth Gruss, Joan Hartings, Esther Hartings, and Bernice Dirksen.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater, and St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, August 10, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Philothea. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Memorials may be made to Mercer County Council on Aging.
