* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Browder
John E. Browder, age 69, of Celina, passed away on Feb. 16, 2015 at the Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert.
Born Dec. 6, 1945 in Celina, he was the son of Harry & Floraetta Place Browder, who are both deceased.
He is survived by his siblings: Harry Browder Jr. of Versailles, Gertrude Gehle of Piqua, Rose Marie Browder of Indianapolis, and Vivian & Vernon Coats Sr. of Celina, and also many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were a brother & sister-in-law: Paul & Linda Browder, a sister: Lonnie Jo Browder, and a brother-in-law: Louis Gehle.
John had worked at Cooper Foods in St. Henry. His hobbies were go-kart racing at Willowdell Raceway and building model cars.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, August 8th at Swamp College Cemetery, near Celina. Rev. Tom Christen will officiate.
