Sharon Garwood
Sharon Lee Garwood, age 68, of Celina, passed away Thursday evening, July 16, 2015 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born May 24, 1947 in Celina, the daughter of  Jesse & Mildred Fetters Garwood, who are both deceased.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara Cox, and a niece and two nephews, Amy (Kevin) Hagaman and their children: Emily, Kailey and Kaden, Timothy (Shelly) Cox and their children: Payton, Athena, Clayton, Zoe and Avery, and David Frericks, all of Celina.
Sharon had attended Cheryl Ann Programs and Adult Day Services, where she was employed in the workshop and helped with the volunteer program. Sharon loved her all of her bus drivers from Petermann Transportation and the time she spent at Cheryl Ann Programs.
A treasured activity was spending time with her family, especially her great nieces and nephews. Shopping, walking, eating out at "The Willow," and meeting new people, were all favorite activities. Listening to music, especially The Gaither's, was special to Sharon, as well as watching "Wheel of Fortune" and working on puzzles.
Drawing pictures, making craft items, and buying small gifts for her loved ones, were special pastimes.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 21 at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Chris Riffle officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Friends may call from 2-4:00 & 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, July 20
and from 10:00 A.M., until time of services on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
