* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ohio State Highway Patrol and Rockford Emergency Medical Services personnel on Thursday afternoon help four victims from an SUV after the vehicle was rear-ended by a semitrailer on state Route 118. All four were taken to Van Wert County Hospital. The semi's driver was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
