* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Brown
Richard A. Brown, 68, Wapakoneta, Ohio, died Saturday, June 13, 2015, in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born December 18, 1946, in Jay County, Indiana, the son of William and Natalie Brown.
He married Debra K. Bailey on March 15, 1983, and she died October 30, 2009.
He is survived by his children: Richard Brown, Jr. of Minster; Tammy Sanders of Celina; Angie Perry of Celina; Patty Brunswick of Saint Marys; Tia (Dan) Salisbury of Saint Marys; Gerri (Hector) Lopez of Mendon; Brandy (Jeff) Marbaugh of Coldwater, Ohio; Brock Bailey of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Debra K. Brown; his daughter, Serena Brown and a son, Jamie Brown.
Mr. Brown was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War era. He had worked at Mersman Brothers Furniture Company in Celina and also Midwest Gardens Battery Company in Wapakoneta.
He was a member of VFW Post 9289 and Eagles Lodge 767, both in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 19, 2015, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the family.
