* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hopper Barber
"Hopper" (Murlin) Barber was born February 26, 1928 in the small town of Post, Texas and spent her childhood in Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Esteen Piper, four siblings, her first husband, Denwood, and her second husband, Dick.
Hopper and Dick moved to the Grand Lake area in 1968. They lived on the lake and spent many happy hours enjoying their beautiful gardens and boating.
After Dick's retirement they set off on a grand adventure and moved to Lake Chapala, Mexico, where they lived for ten years. There she enjoyed walking to the market, swimming daily, and the abundant flowers and constant sunshine.
Upon Dick's death, she returned to make Celina her home. She was active in St. Paul's Methodist Church, and enjoyed outings and lunches with her friends in the Red Hat Society. She was fun and full of life and love for her family and friends.
She is survived by her children Archie (Barbara) Ross, Denise (Charles) Brown and Jim (Teri) Ross, her grandchildren Christina (Patrick) Tillery, Chuck (Kathryn) Ross, Kate (Lis) Brown, Ross (Nicole) Brown, Meg (David) Beck, and Kailee Ross, and seven great grandchildren.
Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio is handling the final arrangements. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Methodist Church in Celina. She and Dick will be inurned together at the Church of St. Michael the Archangel in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
