* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Powell
Mark D. Powell, age 61, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 6:20 PM at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville, Ohio, surrounded by his family.
He was born on November 23, 1953 in Celina, Ohio, to the late Roger & Martha (Adams) Powell.
He is survived by his wife Judy (Swank) Powell of Greenville, Ohio; children & spouses, Kevin & Anneli Powell of Troy, Ohio, Nickie & Jerold Fourman of Vandalia, Ohio, Ben Powell of Springboro, Ohio, and Dustin Powell of Colorado; and grandchildren, Matthew Powell, Brianna Fourman, Ethen Fourman, Kaylee Powell and Corbin Powell.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Powell.
He was engaged in farming his whole life. Mark was a wonderful man who loved his friends and family.
There will be a service held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Kerry Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, Ohio.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers it is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be made to the Mississinawa Valley FFA.
