* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pedro Leon
Pedro R. "Shorty" Leon, 82, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died May 23, 2015 at his home.
He was born March 31, 1933, in LaHabra, CA, to the late Joaquin and Maria (Martinez) Leon.
Surviving are two daughters, Bridgette Leon of Coldwater, OH and Jeanette (Eric) Pfeifer of Fort Recovery; and 5 grandchildren.
Shorty had served in the U.S. military and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery. He had retired from JR Manufacturing and had also been employed at Wendel Poultry, both of Fort Recovery. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing dominos and participating in a good game of pool.
A service of remembrance will be held 7:45 pm Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Private burial will take place at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 6:00 pm-7:45 pm Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
