* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LIA installs equipment

Lake Improvement Association members and Setex Inc. employees Thursday morning install a slide at Grand Lake St. Marys State Park along the lake's East Bank. LIA members raised $11,000 to purchase swings, slides and tunnels for the park. No new equipment had been installed in the last 10 years, LIA president Tim Lovett said. "We thought it was about time," he added.
