* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Myers
Pamela J. Myers, age 55, Portland, passed away Wednesday in Mercer County Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born in Portland August 31, 1959 the daughter of Orval and Norma Jean (Kendall) Haffner. She was married September 15, 1980 to Ken Myers who survives.
She was a homemaker, member of VFW Ladies Aux in Fort Recovery, Portland Eagles Lodge and 1977 Jay County High School graduate.
Surviving are her husband Ken, one daughter Rashele McAbee (husband Darren) of Portland, one brother Daniel Haffner (wife Sherry) of Portland, one sister Angela Ingram (husband Fredrick) of Portland and she was preceded in death by a son Justin Myers.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Hugh Kelly presiding. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society.
