* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stephen James Dobbins, August 8, 1959–May 2, 2015
Stephen (Steve) left this earthly life on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
He is survived by his wife Lisa (Collins) in Silver Spring, MD, their children Collin and Morgan, his brother Michael (Jane) Dobbins in Lebanon, IN, his sister Kathryn (Larry) Crouch in Fort Worth TX, his sister Antoinette in New Albany, OH, and his uncle and aunt Allan and Ann Dobbins, Columbus, OH.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents Dr. Richard and Lois Dobbins and his sister Kimberly (Dobbins) LaCourse.
Steve was a 1977 graduate of Celina Senior High School and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Army.
A Memorial Service for Stephen will be held Thursday, May 14, 2015, 1 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, 3820 Aspen Hill Rd., Silver Spring, MD 20906.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy for Stephen may be made to assist his children's college education.
A private interment will occur at a later date.
