* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Portia DeHays
Portia Jaeleen DeHays, infant daughter of Brad and Jaeleen (Clark) DeHays of Columbus, was stillborn at 10:26 P.M. Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
In addition to her parents, Portia is survived by her siblings Clark DeHays, Juliana DeHays and Evelyn DeHays, all of the home. She is survived by her maternal grandparents, JD and Juli (Phillips) Clark of Saint Marys; paternal grandparents, Rick DeHays of Carey, Ohio; Barbara DeHays of Upper Arlington, Ohio. She is survived by her aunt, Jolene (Lee) Spector of Worthington, Ohio; uncle Jared (Brittany) Clark of Saint Marys; uncles Todd (Megan) DeHays of Upper Arlington; Matt DeHays of Upper Sandusky; aunt Ashley (Toby) Kin of Carey, Ohio. She is also survived by her maternal great-grandmother, Portia Elaine Phillips of Kenton, Ohio; paternal great-grandmother Geraldine DeHays of Findlay, Ohio; by her great uncle, Don (Kris) Phillips of Gray Court, South Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Joe DeHays, Don Phillips, Edna Hunt, Coy and Ellen Clark.
Portia's family are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys.
Private family funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 11, 2015, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Ohio, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Memorial gifts may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
