* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Sliwinski
Margaret Sliwinski, 89, of Carthagena passed away at 1:58 P.M. on May 3, 2015 at Lima Memorial Hospital.
Margaret was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 31, 1925 to Michael and Anna (Suhi) Hornyak. On April 26, 1947 she married the love of her life, Casimer Sliwinski who preceded her in death on November 11, 2005.
Mrs. Sliwinski was a devoted wife and mother. She was a homemaker and volunteered endless hours as a Red Cross blood driver as well as a driver for the Dominican Sisters of St. Mary Magdalen Parish.
She was an avid bowler and loved to crochet and do needlepoint. She had a wonderful sense of humor. In 1988 she and her husband moved to Ohio and were members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish.
She is survived by twin daughters, Anita (Neal) Good of Celina and Mariea (Jim) Downing of Memphis, Tennessee. Margaret has four grandchildren, Melissa Downing, Michael Downing, Suzy (Aaron) Downing-Phillips and Nikki (Mike) Young. She has 5 great grandchildren, Jude, Lucy, Charlie, Gage and Maddox. She is also survived by a brother and sister in Michigan, as well as a brother and sister who preceded her in death.
Margaret requested no viewing. A private burial Mass shall take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Interment will be at our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Riverview, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Charles Senior Living Center, 2860 State Route 127, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
