* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marjorie Cunningham
Marjorie L. Cunningham, 76, Celina, OH, passed away on April 30, 2015, at 4:01 A.M. She was born on June 27, 1938, in Center Township, Celina, to the parents of Stanley and Marjorie "Ada" Davis Nottingham. She married Frank Muhlenkamp on March 3, 1988, and he preceded her in death on February 12, 1998.
She is survived by a daughter, Julie Ann Brookhart, Mendon; two grandsons, William Poor, Celina, OH and David (Jenny) Poor, Antwerp, OH; two stepsons Mike (Cindy) Muhlenkamp, Celina, OH, Tony Muhlenkamp, Rockford, OH; three stepdaughter, Chris Muhlenkamp, Coldwater, Beth (Don) Wendel, Monroe, IN, and Pam (Andy) Siegrist, Fort Recovery, OH; one great grandson and 13 step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Richard Lee Cunningham; and a stepson, Jeff Muhlenkamp.
Marjorie was a 1956 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in 1999 after 45 plus years of service. She was former member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Celina.
Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Mercer County.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home.
