A new form of exercise is being introduced not only to the area but also to the nation at F45 Training, at 1107 N. Main St., Suite 109. Gregg and Kristin Rutledge, from left, Nikki Wibbeler of the St. Marys location and Jenny and Greg Snider have brought the program to the area. F45 is designed to help an individual burn fat and get fitter and stronger by mixing cardio and resistance-weight training to maximize a participant's metabolic rate, according to the owners.
