* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Frederick Lillich
Frederick W. Lillich, 88, Celina, OH, passed away on April 23, 2015, at 10:43 P.M.
He was born on September 19, 1926 in Van Wert County to parents Paul and Adelia (Merkle) Lillich. He married Dorothy Germann on August 21, 1949, they were together for 65 years and she survives in Celina.
Survivors also include three children, Vicki Calomino, Riverside, CA, Michael (Kay) Lillich, Beavercreek, OH, and Pamela Lillich, Maple Grove, MN; two grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Lillich; and two sisters, Marie Betz, and Erma Schaaf.
Fred was a 1944 graduate of Van Wert High School. He served his country in the United States Army during the WWII era. He spent his lifetime working for Landmark managing various locations throughout Ohio, he retired in 1983.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, OH, and Celina American Legion Post 210. He was formerly a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township.
Visitation hours will be from 3 – 7 P.M. Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina located at 6921 State Route 703 East.
Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday in St. John Lutheran Church, with Rev. Dr. Jeff Gramza officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. prior to the service. Military rites conducted by the Celina VFW and Celina American Legion will follow at the church. Burial will be at a later date in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, OH.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, Ohio.
