* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Oakland Roberts Sr.
Oakland Mitchell Roberts Sr. age 84, 6581 Spooky Hollow Road Union City, Indiana passed away Friday evening in Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born in Lynn, Indiana March 23, 1931 the son of Troy and Leatha (Phenis) Roberts. He was married March 16, 1954 to Marguerite Hehr and she died February 27, 2006.
He served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, 1949 Madison High School graduate, attended Northwestern Ohio University for business management and attended Ft. Recovery Church of the Nazarene.
He was plant supervisor for Balstram in Upland, supervisor for Champion Homes in Monroe and District Manager for Burger Chef then Hardees Restaurants affiliated with Norris Foods retiring in 1996.
Surviving are one son Oakland Roberts Jr. (wife Deborah) of Union City, Indiana and one daughter Vickee Schoenherr (husband Gary) of Portland, two brothers Lawrence Roberts (wife Kay) of Portland and Lowell Roberts of Ft. Worth, Arkansas. One sister Jeanettia Goubeaux (husband Larry) of Witts Springs, Arkansas, Six grandsons and three great grandsons, several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Kelly presiding. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
