* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thelma Speck
Thelma L. Speck, age 89, of St. Henry, died on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born August 19, 1925 in Frenchtown, to the late Leonard & Marie (Gigandet) Marshal. On November 20, 1946, in North Star, she married Willard Speck, who survives in St. Henry.
She is also survived by a daughter, Vicki & Eric Koesters of St. Henry, four grandchildren, Ross, Meghan, Damon and Garrett, brothers and sisters, Joe & Joann Marshal of Versailles, Gene & Linda Marshal of Montezuma, John Marshal of North Star, Lucille Monnin of North Star, Luella & Richard Lochtefeld of St. Rose, and Marcella & Bob Downing of Greenville, and in-laws, Mabel Marshal of Greenville and Delma Rammel of Celina.
She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Francis (Jr.) Marshal, Mary Evelyn & Ernest Adams, infant Susan Marshal, and in-laws, Connie Marshal, Lawrence Monnin, Jerry Klosterman, Donald Brunswick and Fred Rammel.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, and its Altar Rosary Sodality, St. Henry American Legion Auxiliary and the Ohio Polka Boosters.
She worked at the former Jutte's Grocery, St. Henry and Gel's IGA, St. Henry. Thelma enjoyed camping, polka dancing and following her grandchildren's activities.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, April 17, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church, with Fr. Tom Hemm, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery, St. Henry.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
