* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bradley Townsend
Bradley J. Townsend, 61, St. Marys, OH, passed away at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 3:06 PM.
He was born October 12, 1953 in Glendale, CA. On May 9, 2012 He married Stevie Stephenson; she survives in St. Marys.
He is also survived by his children, Katherine Howard, Arcata, CA, Bradley (Amanda) Townsend, Arlington, VA, Raymond (Elizabeth) Townsend, Wethersfield, CT; four step children, Jessica Hinkle, St. Marys, Gregory Faller, Toledo, Richard A. (Nicole Post) Marley, St. Marys, Brad (Alysha Hodge) Hageman, Celina; two sisters, Jane (Jeff) Dunham, Yacolt, WA and Lisa (Jeff) Schmitt, Arcata, CA; four grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and seven step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Doris (McCarrick) Townsend; and his best friend who was like a brother, Wayne Hoople.
He was a 1971 graduate of West Torrance High School, Torrance, CA. He worked for 20 years at Minster Machine as a machining engineer. Bradley had a passion for music, he played many instruments and his favorites included keyboard, horn, harp, and guitar. He was also a member of many bands, most recently Night Fall and Borrowed Time.
Outside of work he enjoyed exercising, weight lifting, riding bike, and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Brad was a brother to all and he lived everyday like it was his last.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1 – 4 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2015, in the Cisco Funeral Home of St. Marys; funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM.
Memorial contribution can be made to the AA St. Marys Chapter.
