* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Chester Stover
Chester (Chet) L. Stover, 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2015, at Celina Manor.
He was born Oct. 7, 1926, in Rockford, Ohio, the son of Ralph and Berdine (Shinn) Stover. He married D'Meria Jean Moody on July 27, 1947, in Rockford.
Chet attended Rockford High School. He served the U.S. in the Merchant Marine in World War II. He retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation in 1986. He was past member of the Masons of Ohio.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Chet is survived by his wife D'Meria, of 67 years; son Bill (Karen) Stover of Westerville, Ohio; granddaughter, Kara Lee Stover and her fiance Dan Clay of Maryville, Pa.; brother-in-law Robert Moody of Ohio City, Ohio; Aunt Millie Horner of Boynton, FL. And several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Celina Manor and State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater, for the Care they gave Chet.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 28, 12:00 noon, at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 St. Rte. 703 E., Celina. With the Rev. Jon Exman officiating. Burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery.
Gathering of Friends and Family is 10:00 – 12:00 noon Saturday.
Memorial donations may be made to Bethany U.M. Church, 416 E. Wayne, Celina, Ohio.
