St. Marys couple start training process
ST. MARYS - Rider, a 12-week-old golden retriever, is as curious as a toddler.

Officials from the State Highway Patrol and local sheriffs offices are concerned about plans to increase the speed limit on state highways. Local trucking company officials are also worried about the proposal.
