* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Wagner
James C. Wagner, 70, Celina, died March 5, 2015, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Dec. 18, 1944, in Celina, to the late Howard Wagner and Mary (Muhlenkamp) Wagner-Kriegel. On Nov. 26, 1966, he married Susan (Doenges), who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are four children, Charles and Sara Wagner, Celina, Christopher and Tina Wagner, Coldwater, Cheryl and Todd Westgerdes, Coldwater, and Curt Wagner, Celina; 16 grandchildren, Garrett, Galen, Kyla, Gavin, Katie, Gage, Gregory, Tabitha, Howard, Evelyn, Martin, Nicole, Joetta, Jesica, James and Julia; brothers and sisters, Betty and Mike Heckler, Coldwater, Dave and Diane Wagner, Celina, and Nancy and Joe Nerderman, Albuquerque, N.M.; stepsiblings, John and Betty Kriegel, Troy, Mich., Charles and Linda Kriegel, West Carrollton, Charlene (Greg Carttar) Harner of Missouri, and Bill and Bea Kriegel, Celina; in-laws, Marge Wagner, Celina, Andrew and Jan Doenges, New Bremen, Joseph and Sharon Doenges, Sugarland, Texas, Fran and Mick Hanselman, Ashtabula, William Doenges, St. Marys, Mark and Terri Doenges, Wapakoneta, Rita and Ralph Tobe, Coldwater, Greg and Carol Doenges, Philothea, Therese and Bill Pohlman, Versailles, Edward and Marge Doenges, New Bremen, Kathleen and Rob Tucker, Harrisburg, Va., Barb Doenges, Miami, Fla., Jeff (Dmitri) Doenges, Bethesda, Md., and Amy and Shawn Brady, Springboro.
Also deceased are a brother, Robert Wagner, and in-laws, Nancy and Patrick Fitzgerald and Edith Doenges.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Knights of Columbus. He worked at S & K Products, Celina, for over 50 years, was a member of the Western Square Dancers and an avid gardener who loved flowers. He also took great pride in exterior holiday decorating and an extensive ceramic village display for Easter, fall and Christmas.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Church, Celina, Fr. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be directed to the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville.
