CELINA - City council members want to sit down with administrators, city union heads and insurance brokers to begin amicably discussing ways to curtail rising insurance costs.
FORT RECOVERY - Most teams would be satisfied with an 18-4 record, a state ranking and a second-place finish in their conference.
The Marion Local Flyers are far from satisfied. They've still got a lot to prove going forward.
