* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jerome Fisher
Jerome J. "Jerry" Fisher, 72, Wapakoneta, died at 11:59 a.m., Feb. 18, 2015, at his home with his family at his side.
He was born Aug. 15, 1942, in Lima, the son of Franklin J. and Lauretta K. Kohlrieser Fisher, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 4, 1967, he married Joan M. Dirksen, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Craig (Ann Gedmark) Fisher, Anchorage, Alaska, and Denise Teufel, Clarence Center, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Sariah, Cora, Emma and Jessica Mulanix and Daniel Fisher; and a sister, Sally (Robert) McEvoy, Wilmington, Del.
Deceased are his son-in-law, Jacob Teufel, and his brother, William Fisher.
He retired in 1999 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a statistician with 35 years of service. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
He was a member of the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Lima. His hobbies included painting ceramics, landscaping and arranging flowers.
A Memorial Mass is 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Lima, the Rev. Steve Blum officiating.
The family will receive friends at a reception in the church basement following the service.
