A 31 year-old Celina man climbs down from the water tower on Grand Lake Road in Celina on Monday evening after he had threatened to jump. The Rev. Randy Christian, pastor at The Lord's Church, Celina, was able to talk the man down after he had been atop the tower for an hour and 20 minutes.
