* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marcia Koeppel
Marcia A. Koeppel, 76, Rockford, died early Feb. 13, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, where she had been a patient.
She was born June 21, 1938, in Dublin Township, Rockford, to Ford and Irma Swoveland Koeppel. She is survived by several cousins and her dear friends who were almost like family.
She taught second-grade at Mendon Union School, Wren and Convoy Schools and retired from Crestview School, ending a long and rewarding teaching career of 35 years.
She lived her entire life in Rockford and was a member of New Horizons Community Church, which was a huge part of her life. There she enjoyed teaching "Kids in the Kingdom" and Sunday School.
Service are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Pastor Dave Souers officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
