* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Ernst
Barbara K. "Bobbi" Ernst, 58, St. Marys, passed away at 6:16 p.m. Feb. 4, 2015, at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.
She was born May 30, 1956, in Decatur, Ind. to Claire and Sue Now Stetler, both of whom survive in Celina. On Sept. 4, 2004, she married Joe Ernst, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are four children, Kevin (Sara) Mowery, Dallas, Texas, Stacey (Bryan) Schnabel, Lexington, Ky., David (Jennifer) Ernst, Fort Loramie, and Jenny (Tony) Craft, St. Marys; nine grandchildren, Nathan Mowery, Tatum Mowery, Elan Schnabel, Grae Schnabel, Taylor Ernst, Katelyn Ernst, Elle Craft, C.J. Craft and Kali Craft; two brothers, Bruce (Kelly) Stetler, Celina, and Brian (Kendra) Stetler, Celina; a sister, Beth (Chuck) Matrazzo, Chapel Hill, N.C.; and her former husband, Steve Mowery.
She was a 1974 graduate of Celina High School. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and a member of the singing group, "The Blooming Daisy's." Her favorite pastimes were reading and cross stitching with her pet cats at her side.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
