* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Grady
Joan Agnes Hartings Grady, 86, passed away Feb. 3, 2015, at Kobacker House, Columbus.
She was born April 15, 1928, in Columbus, to Joseph and Christina Hartings. She was married 57 years to Jeremy Patrick Grady, who affectionately called her "Slim." He is deceased.
Surviving are seven children, Michael, Keedysville, Md., Timothy, Louisville, Ky., Kevin (Sandy), Blacklick, Dennis (Judy), Severn, Md., Maureen (Jon) Williamson, Marion, Patrick, Hilliard, and Kathleen (Pat) Garverick, Goodyear, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren, Rachel Grady, Erin (Ryan) Taylor, Jennifer Grady, Allison (Justin) Blanford, Joe (Windi) Grady, Kurt (Teresa) Grady, Kelly (Keith) Minier, Kacey (Amanda) Grady, Katie (Mike) Skamfer, Tim, Sean, Andrew and Molly Williamson, Caroline Grady, and Maggie and Jack Garverick; 18 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; a brother Richard Hartings; and a sister-in-law, Violet Hartings.
Also deceased are sisters, Agnes, Dorothy and Rosemary O.S.F. Hartings, Eleanor (Don) Reed, Rita (Mark Grogan) (Harold) Klein, and brothers, Norbert, Edward (Geneva) and Raymond (Joanie) Hartings.
She was the youngest of 10 children and a longtime resident of Columbus. She also resided in Marion, Middletown, New York, St. Pete Beach, Fla., and San Jose, Calif. She was the 69th and last grandchild of her paternal grandparents. She was a graduate of Our Lady of Victory class of 1946 and a longtime member of St. Patrick Church.
Her devotion to her husband, children and grandchildren was extraordinary. Among her many diverse talents she made a happy home and wonderful chocolate chip cookies and played the piano and organ beautifully.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Church, Columbus. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Columbus.
Calling is 4-7 p.m., Friday at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, Columbus.
