* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlotte Link
Charlotte G. Link, 80, formerly of Carthagena, died Jan. 26, 2015, at Celina Manor.
She was born Aug. 24, 1934, in Coldwater, to Joe and Sophia Ahlers Wenning. On Jan. 12, 1952, she married Donald J. Link, who died March 12, 2009.
Surviving are three daughters, Karen Ann Link, Sarasota, Fla., Linda Kay (Nathan) Wenning, Celina, and Mary Lucille (Mike) Profitt, Carthagena; three stepgrandchildren; a stepgreat-grandchild; a stepgreat-great-grandchild; and in-laws, Annie Wenning, New Bremen, Robert (Lucy) Link, Celina, and Florence Helpling, Englewood.
Also deceased are a sister, Adeline; four brothers, Clotair "Toad," Donnie, Lester and Lavern; and in-laws, Louie Link, Margie Beach and Mary Huelsman.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, and an Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance instructor. She worked at Celina Manor for 26 years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
