* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Overman
Joan F. Overman, 73, Celina and formerly of Maria Stein, died at 6:16 p.m. Jan. 25, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born July 25, 1941, in Lewisburg to Clyde and Leto Virginia Coffman Brower. On June 24, 1967, she married Otmar L. Overman, who died Nov. 6, 2009.
Surviving are a son, Stephen (Cindy) Overman, Maria Stein; a daughter, Nicole Overman, St. Marys; two granddaughters, Vanessa and Adellyn; in-laws, Belen Brower, Union City, Calif., Alma Overman, Dayton, Dorothy Gerlach, St. Henry, Louis (Joan) Overman, Maria Stein, and Marilyn (Bill) Braun, Columbus.
Deceased are three brothers, Bud Brower, Ronnie Brower and Fred Brower, and in-laws, Linus Overman, Viola (Norbert) Dippold, Alvina (Ben) Hemmelgarn, Richard (Alma) Overman, Cy (Betty) Overman and Norbert Gerlach.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Ladies Sodality of the church and the Mercer County Council on Aging. She loved gardening and flowers.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mercer County Council of Aging and St. Jude's.
