* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leona Mescher
Leona H. Mescher, 95, Stonespring of Vandalia and formerly of Minster, died Jan. 25, 2015.
She was born May 14, 1919, in Fort Loramie, to Frederick and Mary Sommer Sanders. On July 1, 1944, in Fort Loramie, she married Albert L. Mescher, who died Dec. 27, 1983.
Surviving are six children, James (Pat) Mescher, Dayton, Allen (Gail) Mescher, Minster, Roberta (Paul) Credlebaugh, Bellbrook, Sandra (Gregory) Kruger, Lewis Center, Timothy (Alice) Mescher, Wakeman, and Thomas (Terri) Mescher, Tipp City; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and in-laws, Leander (Carol) Mescher, Norma Mescher, Marie Schmidt, Rita Sullivan, Mary Mescher and Thomas Mescher.
Also deceased are siblings and in-laws, Henry (Emma) Sanders, Theodore (Helen) Sanders, Lawrence (Bernadette) Sanders, Joseph (Ann Rita) Sanders, Rudolph (Agnes) Quinter, Henry (Alvina) Kuether, Lawrence (Agnes) Hoying, George (Martha) Mescher, Alvin Mescher, Leo Schmidt, George Sullivan, Paul (Joan) Mescher, John Mescher, Grace (Richard) Selhorst and Jeanette Mescher.
She attended Miami Jacobs College and worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Fairborn. She then spent her remaining years as a homemaker. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of St. John and the New Bremen Senior Citizens.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
