* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Smith
Wilma M. Smith, 79, Minster, passed away Jan. 22, 2015, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
She was born March 3, 1935, in Green Township, to Frederick and Audrey Hague Andrews. On Jan. 31, 1950, she married Jerry Smith, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Margery (Ray) Endicott, Fort Loramie, and Jill (Jeff) Buehler, St. Henry; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Bob Schloss, Sidney, and Richard (Inez) Smith, Fletcher; and two sisters-in-law, Imogene Andrews, Sidney, and Judy Baker, Sidney.
Deceased are a son, Michael Smith; five brothers; and four sisters.
She was retired from Fairlawn schools where she worked as a cook for more than 15 years. She enjoyed being by the water, camping and going bowling with family and friends. More than anything she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cromes Funeral Home, Sidney, the Rev. Cherryl Styles officiating. Burial will follow at Plattsville Cemetery, Plattsville.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
