* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dennis Hone
Dennis D. Hone, 76, Celina, died at 4:36 a.m. Jan. 9, 2015, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 27 1938, in Celina, to David and Vistula Snavely Hone. On June 4, 1977, he married Joyce Lohrentz Hone, who died Nov. 14, 2014.
He is survived by two sons, David (Mary) Hone, and Kevin Hone, both of Celina; a stepdaughter, Kay (Rick) Simpson, Celina; a brother, Lawrence (Miriam) Hone, Lima; four grandchildren, Kristin Hone, Dalton Hone, Amanda Hone and Jaysen Hone; five step-grandchildren, Tara May, Adriene Kalal, Tamlyn Kalal, Brian Youngs and Blake Simpson; and 10 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a stepson, Thomas Kalal; three brothers, Charles Hone, Leo Hone and and Dalton Hone; and a sister, Nellie Peg Eckhart.
He was a 1956 graduate of Celina High School. He served in the U.S. Army 1961-63. He retired from JC Penney in 1997 as a stockroom supervisor and also worked as a New Idea maintenance foreman. and
He was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church and served as a trustee and head usher for many years. He also was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge, the American Legion, the Eagles, a bowling league and was a former Jaycee.
Services are 10:30 Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jonathan Exman officiating. Burial will follow at the Mercer Memory Gardens with military rites.   
Calling hours is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with military rites following.
Memorial contributions can be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
