* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marco, owned by Aaliya Larsen, third from left, won second place in the Mercer County Top Dog contest. The contest is sponsored each year by the Mercer County Auditor's Office. County auditor Randy Grapner, shown with Marco, gave the winners prizes and met the dogs.
