* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jayma Evers
Jayma S. Evers, 55, Fort Recovery, died Dec. 31, 2014, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville.
She was born Dec. 18, 1959, in Hartford City, Ind., to Robert and Patricia Landis Clark, who are deceased. On Aug. 2, 1990, she married Marion Evers, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Brittany Evers, at home; a brother, Jerry (Christy) Clark, Pennville, Ind.; a sister, Kathy Rockwood, Fort Recovery; and a brother-in-law, Jim Flaherty of North Carolina.
Deceased is a sister, Vickie Flaherty.
She worked at Jay County Hospital and Fort Recovery Industries. She was a 1979 graduate of Jay County High School.
She was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, and most of all, spending time with her family.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Michael Hodson officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
