* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Angel Williams

Angel Annette Williams, 42, Fort Recovery, passed away Dec. 19, 2014.

She was born March 9, 1972, in Fort Recovery, to Elizabeth L. and Paul Heiser, who both survive.

Also surviving are two daughters, Brittany L. Noggler and Corttany A. Noggler, both of Fort Recovery; four sisters, Johnna Garland, Linda Gossett, Tammy Williams and Twila Bowers; four brothers, Edward Garland, Dan Garland, Charles Williams and Michael Hiser; numerous nieces and nephews; and many good friends.

Services were held at the convenience of the family.
