* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Pottkotter
Marie A. Pottkotter, 49, Fort Recovery, died Dec. 5, 2014, at her residence.
She was born July 31, 1965, in Coldwater, to Ernest and MaryAnn Thieman Hemmelgarn. Her father is deceased; her mother survives in St. Henry. On Feb. 17, 1990, in Wendelin, she married Joseph Pottkotter, who survives.
Also surviving are five daughters, Aimee Pottkotter, Paige (Dillan) Schulze, Claire Pottkotter, Natalie Pottkotter and Brianne Pottkotter, all of Fort Recovery; a son, Grant Pottkotter, Fort Recovery; two granddaughters, Danielle and Rebecca Schulze, Fort Recovery; four brothers, Jerry (Janet) Hemmelgarn, St. Henry, Phil (Terri) Hemmelgarn, Anna, Pat (Gloria) Hemmelgarn, St. Henry, and Chuck (Lori) Hemmelgarn, Maria Stein; two sisters, Teresa (Brad) Burckholter, Celina, and Marilyn (Les) Pottkotter, Fort Recovery; father-in-law, William "Bill" Pottkotter, Fort Recovery; in-laws, Don (Anne) Pottkotter, Celina, Dale (Lois) Pottkotter, Carthagena, Dennis (Pat) Pottkotter, St. Henry, Della (Don) Wermert, St. Henry, Dan (Ruth) Pottkotter, Coldwater, and Ted (Lori) Pottkotter, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are a son, Elliott, and mother-in-law, Virginia Pottkotter.
She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at Mercer Health Pediatrics. She was previously employed for many years at Dr. Dabis' pediatric office in Celina, and was a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.
She was a 1983 graduate of St. Henry High School and received an associate degree in nursing from Upper Valley J.V.S., Piqua. She was a member of the Ohio Nursing Association, the Wendelin Sports Club, St. Joseph Catholic Church and its Altar Sodality. She also was a 4-H adviser for the Fort Pioneers, Fort Recovery.
Her family was her pride and joy and she took great admiration in all their accomplishments. Her passion for helping children, fellow employees and new parents brought great joy to her workday. Along with her loving husband, Joe, Marie taught her children about faith in God, as well as how to cook, clean and sew.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery,
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
