* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lela Peltier
Lela J. Dix Bushnell Peltier, 82, Montezuma, died Nov. 26, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 30, 1932, in Springfield, to Glen Stephen Charles and Grace Evelyn Porzell Dix. On Jan. 31, 1975, she married Raphael L. Peltier, who died in 2010.
Surviving are four children, Pamela Bushnell, Miamisburg, Jim (Shauna) Bushnell, Piqua, Dennis (Jenny) Bushnell, Bowling Green, and Andrew (Cindy) Bushnell, Dayton; five stepchildren, Mike Peltier of Texas, Craig (Betty) Peltier, Piqua, Jeff (Donna) Peltier, Piqua, Diane (Leonard) Monnin, Russia, and Peggy (Walt) Kellems of Florida; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ron (Darlene) Dix of Minnesota.
Also deceased are four sisters, Dorothy Seaman, Jeanne Harvey, Margaret Kolb and twin sister Lila Dix; and three brothers, Robert Dix, Russell Dix and Donald Dix.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, and was retired from Stanley Garage Doors, Covington.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma. Burial will follow at Forrest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
