* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Boswell
Raymond G. Boswell, 89, Celina, and formerly of California, died at 4:20 a.m. Nov. 22, 2014, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Feb. 11, 1925, in Flint, Mich., to Claude and Blanch Hewitt Boswell. On Aug. 29, 1948, he married Myra Nadine Varnes, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Arnold, Glendon, Chester and Cecil Boswell, and three sisters, Josephine Boswell, Lillian Ritenour and Onalee Bainter. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He was a retired salesman with NCR and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Services will he held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dover.
No calling hours are scheduled.
Memorials may be sent to State of the Heart Hospice and the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
