* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Serenity Rose
Serenity Amethyst Rose, 11 months, passed away Nov. 18, 2014.
She was born Dec. 15, 2013, in Kenosha, Wis. She is the beautiful daughter of April Lampy.
Surviving are her mother, April Lampy; grandparents, Wendy K. (Daniel A.) Smith, Kenosha, and Leroy Lampy of Ohio; great-grandparents, Robert (Victoria) Goins, Henderson, Nev., and Jerome (Regina) Kallenberger; an uncle, Thomas "TJ" Lampy, Celina; an aunt, Emilie Rose Lampy, Van Wert; great-uncles, Paul Kallenberger, Celina, Todd Goins, Celina, and Andy Goins, Reno, Nev.; great-aunts, Bobbie Kay Goins, Coldwater, and Katie Collins, Celina. Serenity will be deeply missed by all her family.
Deceased are a great-grandmother, Jane Kallenberger, and great-grandparents, Mark and Sharon Lampy.
She was a bright and smart child who loved being around her family. She was best known for her gorgeous eyes and beautiful hair.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church, 2313 17th Avenue, Kenosha.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at the church.
